We strive to ensure every client leaves satisfied with their service. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. We are committed to making it right.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Significant deviation from requested service without client approval
  • Service not completed due to equipment failure or other circumstances beyond client control
  • Health or safety concerns arising from our service
  • Cancelled appointments with appropriate notice (as per our cancellation policy)

4. Refund Process

4.1 Immediate Concerns

If you have concerns about your service, please speak with your barber or our management immediately. Many issues can be resolved on the spot through adjustment or correction.

4.2 Refund Requests

4.3 Review Process

Each refund request will be reviewed individually. We may request additional information or offer alternative solutions such as complimentary corrective services.

5. Refund Methods and Timing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For cash payments, refunds will be available for pickup during business hours.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Changes of mind after service completion
  • Services performed according to client specifications
  • Natural hair growth or style evolution over time
  • No-show appointments without prior notice
  • Services performed more than 24 hours prior to complaint

7. Alternative Solutions

In addition to refunds, we may offer:

  • Complimentary corrective services
  • Service credits for future appointments
  • Partial refunds when appropriate
  • Consultation with senior staff members

8. Google Ads Policy Compliance

This refund policy complies with Google Ads requirements for transparent business practices. We provide clear information about our service policies and handle all customer concerns professionally and promptly.

9. Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services

Gift certificates and prepaid services are subject to their own terms and conditions. Refunds for unused gift certificates may be available as required by Ontario consumer protection laws.
