1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Binatene ("we," "our," or "us"), located at 124 Ridout St S, London, ON N6C 3X6, Canada, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Binatene provides professional barbering and grooming services including but not limited to:
- Haircuts and styling
- Beard trimming and shaping
- Traditional straight razor shaves
- Hair washing and conditioning
- Grooming consultations
All services are performed by licensed and trained professionals in accordance with Ontario health and safety regulations.
3. Appointment Policies
3.1 Booking
Appointments can be made by phone at +1 604-891-3747, through our website, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
3.3 No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
3.4 Late Arrival
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on availability. We reserve the right to reduce service time to accommodate other scheduled clients.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Fees
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
4.3 Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at the discretion of the client.
5. Health and Safety
We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with provincial health regulations. Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns that may affect their service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk to the client or our staff.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive clean and ready for their appointment
- Disclose any allergies or medical conditions
- Follow aftercare instructions provided
- Treat staff and other clients with respect
- Comply with our establishment policies
7. Limitation of Liability
Binatene's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through the courts of Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by Ontario provincial law and Canadian federal law.
9. Google Ads Policy Compliance
Our business and advertising practices comply with Google Ads policies. We do not make unrealistic claims about our services and ensure all advertising content is accurate and truthful.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
